Our story
Demo business. We take the hives up the mountain every June, above twelve hundred metres, and bring them back down with the first snow. The honey is what the bees make among rhododendrons and thin meadows; with mountain fruit (currants, raspberries, blueberries) we make small batches of preserves in copper pans. We ship across Europe, well packed: the jars travel more than we do.
