Our story
Demo business. We have eleven hectares of vines on the hills near Cavernago and we make wine the way my grandfather did: little chemistry, hand harvest in late September, long ageing in large casks. Merlot is our home grape; we keep the Pinot Noir for the sparkling wine. Come by the cellar on Saturday: there is always something to taste.
